1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vedix Event Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vedix Event Planner is a digital event planning platform that helps users organize events, manage guest lists, plan menus, track gifts, and manage vendor relationships. The Service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each email address may only be associated with one account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription & Payments

• The Free tier provides limited functionality (1 event, limited guests)
• The Premium tier is available via monthly subscription processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
• Upon cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact supportep@vedix.app

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (events, guest lists, menus, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (Ask Vedix AI) powered by Google Gemini. AI responses are generated suggestions only and should not be taken as professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion, all personal data and event content will be permanently removed. Your email and account number are retained in a disabled state to enable future reactivation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
